This is the analysis of an ultrasonic injection mold licensed by IDEMITSU. The diameter of the left side of the mold is 130mm and the deflection width of the cavity vibrates uniformly with an amplitude of about 10um. The diameter of the right side of the mold is 140mm and the vibration amplitude is uneven. Using CAE, the mold's design was optimized to ensure that the entire molding surface would vibrate with a uniform and controlled amplitude.

Frequency of input wave is 19 kHz. Deformation is magnified 10,000X.
