- This simulation shows a general filling analysis for injection molding. It demonstrates where weld lines will occur on the surface of the product as the mold is filled with resin from the two rear point-gates. We are able to predict both filling and clamping pressures as well as the overall flow patterns in the tool. Additionally, the model shows the temperature and pressure gradients, and also predicts possible warpage of the finished product.
